The 49ers are featured on Otokaze’s debut album called Save the Flavor. The album contains three songs featuring The 49ers. “Dedication,” the first single off the album, is Jas Mace’s dedication to Japan for all their support throughout the years. Jas Mace and Otokaze recorded the video for the track two years ago when Jas Mace was in Japan touring the country promoting the ZDW!? and The 49ers collaboration album - Soulstice (The video is below).

The album is available in stores throughout Japan and online worldwide. Also featured on the album is Rhyzz and Bell, who were featured on our latest album, The World Record. ZDW!? members Miwako, LEMS, and Saico are featured on the album as well providing a nice change of pace and variety to Save the Flavor.

The 49ers are featured on a collaborative project between Bronx emcee Tribeca and Japanese producer Volta Masters. The unit is called The Presidents and the name of their debut album is called We are the Presidents. We’ve had the pleasure of working on tracks with both of these talented artists prior to this release, in fact it was Tribeca who introduced us to Volta Masters. The combination of these two artists is like an Asian-American food fusion restaurant - oh so good! The album is available in stores in Japan and online world wide. The 49ers are featured on a track called “Hip-Hop Music” and is about just that, Hip-Hop music. If you have the opportunity to get a hold of this album, don’t waste it.

YaHeard Records presents World Wide Vibe the new collaboration album between Marchitect (from The 49ers) and Brazilian producer Dr. Drumah. The album features the lead single and video “Pump Up The Volume”, the latest video “World Wide Vibe” as well as a guest appearance from The 49ers’ Jas Mace. However, you could be a good sport and contribute to the cause as it’s a name your own price download on their BandCamp page. Without your support, many of these talented artists on the underground won’t be able to keep bringing that music to love to vibe out to.

Marchitect from The 49ers and Brazilian producer Dr. Drumah present the first single from their EP World Wide Vibe , which will be available for free download on Yaheard Records/Cult Classic Records.

Cult Classic Records, a joint effort between Thomas Prime and the mysterious bob42jh, have recently released a project by Canadian producer Blee. The album is called Project and features Jas Mace of The 49ers on a track called “Guilty by Association,” which is in reference to the many stereotypes of being a rapper. We’ll let Blee explain the concept of the album:

BLEE Project is dedicated to all the music collectors out there. One of my good friend “Aki” of Cosmos Record in Toronto Canada is owner of the shop. His record shop is known as one of the best record shop in north america. Aki owns super rare records that no one can ever find. One day, Aki and I started to talking about making an EP by using his collection. Since then, we started to gather samples and started to making tracks for it. Even though, this is not a full length album, this project was very special and gave me whole lot of motivations to work harder and continue to collect great music records. Collecting music albums are not easy to do these days. There are just too many ways to download as mp3 and also just stream it without buying the album. I just wanted to show some respect to all the collectors and I am glad to start the year with project like this. Much love to Aki for giving me this opportunity!

Here is a new video by Otokaze featuring Jas Mace of The 49ers. The song is called Dedication and is a dedication track to all the 49ers fans in Japan, not that we don’t appreciate all of our fans! We love you all. LOL. We recorded the video almost two years ago and we’re happy to finally release it to the world to see. I remember this being a long and cold night as we were up at 3 am getting the night time and sunrise shots. Shout out to Kim, the director of the video…he definitely laced it up. Be on the lookout for Otokaze’s debut album Save the Flavor, which features this song Dedication and another track by The 49ers.  The album drops on May 22, 2013.

The 49ers are featured on the new single from Stilla-mode’s 2mo’key. The video is directed by Double Rush and was filmed at Inokashira Park in 2mo’key’s hometown Kichijoji, Japan. The music is produced by MFP and features vocal scratches by M-oto. The will be featured on 2mo’key’s upcoming debut solo album.

The 49ers are featured on White Rain’s debut album released on Blue Bottle Records called Love, Live, Life. We first connected with White Rain on our album The World Record, so we couldn’t pass up the chance to be included on his first release.
